Once again the members of the Lee County Civil War Roundtable voted unanimously to have Chairman James Gormly write to both the County Commission and the City of Ft. Myers--urging them to come to their senses to finally SOLVE the controversy related to the Robert E. Lee Memorial.
Members from BOTH Lee County Civil War Roundtables will meet with Commission Chair Cecil Pendergrass, the County Manager, and the County Attorney to discuss plans to resolve the matter on February 17th.
