We've been working with some heritage groups like the Sons of Union Veterans, the Sons of Confederate Veterans, and the Lee County Civil War Roundtable on the matter of trying to restore the memorial to Robert E. Lee to a place of honor somewhere in the County which was named for him for several years. As part of this initiative, members have constructed the posters below for the purpose of educating the public. We also got several speakers who can address both the biography of Lee which also addresses the criticisms leveled against this great American.
